Ground Floor

The heavily-beamed entrance hall is entered through glazed double doors and is a spacious 7 x 2.2 m. The beams continue into the cool dining room, with a typical ornate fireplace and South-facing window. The stairwell also leads to a utility room (4.6 x 3.3m ) off which is a bathroom and a workshop.

East of the hall are the kitchen / breakfast room (6.8 x 4.0m), with open fire, timber cupboards, double sink and walk-in larder, and a study area. From the study, steps lead down to the sitting room (9.0 x 5.4m) looking South over the courtyard and equipped with wood-burning stove. There are French windows from the sitting room to the East terrace, covered by a pergola.

First Floor

A broad landing gives access to two good-sized bedrooms (4.8 x 4.8m and 4.9 x 4.4m) each with a bathroom equipped with bath, shower, WC and bidet. Bedroom 2 shares its bathroom with the smaller Bedroom 3 (4.4 x 3.7m).

From the bend of the staircase a further small flight leads to a second landing, then a potential fourth bedroom (5.3 x 3.1m), currently used as the dressing room to the master bedroom, with a further bathroom space with existing plumbing.
